Sunflower Oil, High Oleic Expeller Pressed

Our sunflower oil is made from high oleic sunflower seeds, which makes a special type of oil high in healthy monounsaturated fats (the same kind of good-for-you fat that is in avocados and olive oil). This oil is expeller pressed without the use of any chemical solvents. It is refined, which gives it a light color, a mild flavor and a high smoke point making it perfect for frying. As a high oleic oil, this oil is high in monounsaturated fats, which also makes the oil stable at high temperatures and extends the fry life. It also has a longer shelf life in comparison to classic sunflower oil (which contains less monounsaturated fat). This product is Non-GMO Project Verified (view our listing here) and is great for everyday use in frying, baking, and cooking. This oil is packaged in 55 Gallon Drums. Each drum may come in either a plastic or steel material (based on internal availability), and has a bung hole at the top of the drum used for dispensing. You can also choose to include an optional Drum Pump ($100 value, not sold separately). This pump can be re-used on future drums time and time again. 1 drum or 4 drums are strapped to a pallet.
